The products are typically dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the details via mail. In the event of temporary unavailability of a product(s), we will notify you promptly and present alternatives to modify your order according to your preferences of selecting alternative options. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)` services.

While we provide estimated delivery times on our shipping page, actual delivery may vary depending on your location and logistics circumstances beyond our control. Though we’re not liable for courier delays, we’re committed to assisting you in tracking your package through our courier partners. If your address falls outside their reach, we will reach out to you to explore alternative solutions ensuring timely delivery of your products.

If there are specific time-sensitive delivery requirements, please inform us via mail and specify your preferred delivery time in the order comments. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, though we cannot promise exact delivery times.

For cancellations, please notify us via mail within 5 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we operate on a no-return and no-refund policy. Exceptions are made only if a product is received damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by images of the damaged product(s).

To facilitate smooth exchanges due to damage, we require customers to record the unboxing process and share the video with us when requesting an exchange. Our team will review your video and notify you of the approval status within 3 working days. If approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product to us. Please note, we currently do not offer pickup services for return or exchange products.
